Sleepy Hollow Bed and Breakfast is located in Swannanoa, NC in Buncombe County. Surrounded by the Blue Ridge and  Great Smoky Mountains, our facility is a travel destination that is the best of both worlds. Directions

Traveling on I-40 take exit 55 and turn toward the traffic light. Turn right on US70 (traveling East). Go ½ mile and take a right on Jim’s Branch Rd. You will go back over the interstate, then take the second left. Be sure to keep left toward the Dead End sign. Our facility is the first driveway on the right. (You will see a Sleepy Hollow Inn & Event Center sign). Also look for the Blue state Bed & Breakfast signs that will guide you in from the highway!
