Sleepy Hollow’s carriage house is a romantically designed home complete with a pink heart shaped Jacuzzi tub, fireplace with gas logs, a full kitchen including cooking utensils etc., cable television, washer and dryer plus heat and air conditioning. It’s located adjacent to Sleepy Hollow’s Bed and Breakfast. This one bedroom upper level home overlooking our pond and gardens is perfect for a honeymoon or weekly getaway to the mountains. 2 Over sized Arm-Chairs open up to allow room for children or additional people. The home is completely renovated with new appliances and fixtures. Now accepting weekly and two night minimum reservations. Book early for holiday’s and special events!

RESERVATION AND POLICIES

Room rates at Sleepy Hollow start at $140+tax per night.

Check-In is at 3 p.m. Please call if you need to check-in before or after this time.

Each reservation must be guaranteed with advance deposit by check, Visa, or MasterCard.

One night's deposit required. For longer stays, one half of the total reservation is due upon booking.

Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay.

No smoking is permitted except on outdoor porches and decks.
*CANCELLATION POLICY — If you must cancel all or part of your reservation, we require 14 days minimum cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival to refund your full deposit. If the room is re-booked, $35 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation less than 14 days in advance. If the room cannot be re-booked, one night's deposit will be charged. Early departures are included in our cancellation policy.
